  • The rest and work period will increase as we go!
  • Complete exercises 1-5 in order while following the time description below.
  • Rest one minute between rounds. Perform 5 rounds.

Round 1: 10 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest (10:10)
Round 2: (20 work: 20 rest)
Round 3: (30 work: 30 rest)
Round 4: (40 work: 40 rest)
Round 5: (50 work: 50 rest)

  • 2 – Burpee Hip Slap
  • 3 – Marching Bridge
  • 4 – Duck walks
  • 5 – Jump Ropes
