Here’s a great full body workout that implements suspension bands! This workout is a surefire way to give those muscles a nice burn!

 

Complete 5 rounds, completing each exercise for 12-15 reps of each! For unilateral exercises, complete 12-15 reps per side!

 

 

-Suspension SL Squat
-Suspension SA Row with Rotation
-Suspension Push Ups
-Suspension Knee Drives with Rollout (2 knee drives per leg then 1 rollout)
-Suspension SL Leg Curl with Hip Bridge
