complete 4 sets of 10 reps as one circuit or each individual exercise:- take 1 minute rest inbetween circuits or a 30 second rest inbetween sets!!

2 point row – 10 each arm
Goblet squat – 10
Figure 8 – 10 each way
SA OH press – 10 each arm
