do one rep of each exercise in order 4 times through to complete 1 full round. when you’ve started a round, try not to put the bar down until the round is complete.

once a round is complete rest for 60 – 90 seconds and repeats 5 times.

exercise;
– Deadlift
– bent over row
– clean
– overhead press
– back squat
