complete 3 – 4 sets of each

1a) Banded press – 15 reps
1b) Banded splitsquat – 15 each leg

2a) Banded row – 15 reps
2b) SL deadlift – 10 each leg

3a) Limited Rotation – 15 each side
3b) 30 sec anti rotation
