Well, this full-body workout will leave you sweating in less than 30 minutes – and kick your weekend off right.
What you’ll need:
- Jump rope (real or imaginary)
- Excitement and energy!
Perform the following circuit in order as fast as you can, and complete the set three times.
- 200 Jump Rope
- 50 Mountain Climbers
- 20 Push Ups
- 20 Jumping Lunges
