- Slow Motion Pushup – 5 reps, 5 seconds up and down.
- Slow Motion Goblet Squat – 5 reps, 5 seconds up and down.
- Slow Motion Pullup- 5 reps, 5 seconds up and down.
- Slow Motion Single Leg Bridge- 5 reps each leg, 5 seconds up with a 5 second hold at the top
Done! Time for a nap!
