Here’s a great go to snack when you need a quick pick me up and something to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Can always add-in healthy super foods to boost the nutrition such as:
- chia, flax or hemp seeds
- raisins, dried bing cherries, cranberries or goji berries
- cacao nibs
Ingredients:
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla – vegan or whey)
- 2T raw honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3T semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
Mix well and make small balls with hands. Store in air tight container in fridge. So Easy! Enjoy!
