Who doesn’t love peanut butter?  Add a little bit of chocolate. Heaven 🙂

Here’s a great go to snack when you need a quick pick me up and something to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Can always add-in healthy super foods to boost the nutrition such as:

  • chia, flax or hemp seeds
  • raisins, dried bing cherries, cranberries or goji berries
  • cacao nibs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla – vegan or whey)
  • 2T raw honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3T semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation:

Mix well and make small balls with hands.  Store in air tight container in fridge.  So Easy!  Enjoy!
