Perform finish first superset before moving on to the second
Superset 1:
- Mixed Grip Pullups – 5 sets of 5 reps
- Single-Leg Squat to Box – 5 sets of 5 reps
- Sprints – 5 sets of 50 yards
Superset 2:
- Single-Arm Dumbell Overhead Press – 3 sets of 15 reps
- Barbell Romanian Deadlift – 3 sets of 10 reps
- Around The World – 3 sets of 10 reps
