Perform finish first superset before moving on to the second

Superset 1:

  • Mixed Grip Pullups – 5 sets of 5 reps
  • Single-Leg Squat to Box – 5 sets of 5 reps
  • Sprints – 5 sets of 50 yards

  • Single-Arm Dumbell Overhead Press – 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Barbell Romanian Deadlift – 3 sets of 10 reps
