This total body workout will improve your anaerobic conditioning and burn a ton of calories – in just 20 minutes! “Let’s Get Serious!” is a fun, challenging workout where you will need a kettlebell, a stability ball and a resistance band. Pair the exercises together into two groups and do 4 sets of 12 reps of each exercise.
