On-your-Own Barbell Workout

Get your swag on this weekend with this Barbell workout!

This workout calls for a LIGHT – and we mean LIGHT – barbell. Why? Because the goal is that the barbell does not touch the ground until the last exercise.

Perform 3 sets of 10 reps of the following:

  • Barbell Bent-Over Row
  • Barbell Clean
  • Barbell Front Squat
  • Barbell Overhead Press
  • Barbell Rollout
