Roma began working out at NPPT in January, 2010 to lose weight and get healthy.
To date, she has lost close to 20 pounds and is proud to say she now has a “waist.” Roma has tripled her strength and is an inspiration to her family and friends.

• Afterburn -2x week
• Work out with Rebecca once a week
• Open Gym -once a week

KEY TO MOTIVATION

Roma enjoys seeing the results and experiencing all the energy in the gym. She also likes hearing other clients at the gym talking about her, and how strong she is after only three months!

Roma would like to lose another ten to fifteen pounds. She wants to continue exercising to stay strong and healthy.

TIPS & ADVICE

Roma advises those who want to lose weight to grill your meats, eat lots of fresh veggies and fruit, limit carbs at night and cut alcohol consumption in half.

Stick with it. Results will really show after six to eight weeks. Find someone at the gym to workout with. Everyone is really friendly and ready to help you.
