They started working out at NPPT in February, 2008. They wanted some quality time together and the workouts they were doing were getting stale.

STEVE & SHERI’S WORKOUT SCHEDULE

• Afterburn 2 to 3x per week
• Weight Train at NPPT 1x per week
• Open gym

STEVE & SHERI’S ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Sheri has lost some weight and lots of inches! She’s also stronger and her endurance has greatly improved. Steve’s strength has drastically improved and his body fat is now in the single digits. Steve and Sheri are both happy with their improved appearance.

STEVE & SHERI’S KEY TO MOTIVATION

Sheri stays motivated by her husband and the feeling exercise gives her. Steve’s motivation is to stay healthy for his family.
