ALL YOU NEED IS TWO EQUAL WEIGHTS AND A TIMER. AT THE TOP OF THE MINUTE, PERFORM 10-12 REPS OF EACH EXERCISE. COMPLETE 5-6 ROUNDS, RESTING 1 MINUTE IN BETWEEN EACH ROUND.

IF YOU FINISH YOUR REPS BEFORE THE END OF THE MINUTE, USE THE REMAINDER OF THE MINUTE TO REST.
