Your partner and you will alternate doing the workouts. While your partner is doing the workout you must hold a 30 second plank and then rest until it is your turn.
Dumbbell Overhead Press – 10 reps
Goblet Squat – 10 reps
Dumbbell Bent Over Row – 10 reps
Goblet Reverse Lunge – 10 reps each leg
Inchworm – 10 reps
