Looking for some workout inspiration this weekend??

Grab yourself a couple of dumbbells and get after this week’s #WeekendWarrior

Complete this Ladder workout as fast as possible;

Complete 1 rep of each exercise in sequence followed by 2 reps then 3 etc all the way up to 8 for each……sounds easy?? little twist….the mountain climbers are always 10 each leg….lets raise that heart rate!!

Exercises:

– Romanian deadlift

– Bent over row

– Thruster

– Push up

– Mountain Climbers (Always 10each leg)
