Alloy Personal Training Summerfield

Kevyn started her fitness journey with Alloy Summerfield in December with goals of gaining muscle, losing fat and eating healthier. She wants to look and feel her best for her daughters October wedding💪. Since becoming a member of team alloy, Kevyns’s visceral fat level is now in the healthy range and she has gained lean muscle throughout the body.
👏Kevyn’s advise to new Alloy members is to listen to your trainers, workout at least twice a week and have fun! Alloy is not a gym and has a welcoming environment. Her favorite thing about Alloy is that no workout is ever the same and that each workout targets your whole body. Assessment

Scales and measuring tapes are old school. We use cutting edge technology to measure and ensure the safety and effectiveness of our programs.

This allows our trainers to customize a workout plan that changes with each visit to provide maximum variety.

Accountability

Alloy technology tracks your workout frequency and intensity so that we can track your progress towards your goals.

Each Alloy membership includes specific accountability appointments to provide additional motivation and guidance.

Fitness History:
Fitness has always been a part of my life, However, in 2010 I was able to turn my love for fitness and my love for helping others into a career in personal training.  Through strength training I was able to see my body transform and build self-confidence, and I realized I wanted to help others change their lives too.  In 2012 I moved into the role of training director which allowed me the opportunity to teach and motivate fellow trainers to help other achieve healthier lifestyles, build inner confidence, and create strength through teamwork.

Why did you choose to open an Alloy facility?
My passion to help others achieve goals while creating a supportive environment blends perfectly with the Alloy brand, and changing lives “one day at a time” is such a rewarding career.  Through Alloy’s proven systems we are able to deliver personalized results in a positive motivating atmosphere – therefore developing a healthier and happier YOU!

Kathy Mazzoli

Fitness History:
I retired from my job as a manufacturers’ rep for industrial air handling equipment and decided to turn my passion for strength training into a second career as a personal trainer.  I was a client in the Alloy program and am so proud to have been an Alloy trainer for the past two years.

I am ISSA certified as a fitness trainer and a specialist in fitness nutrition. 

If you were a super hero, who would you be and why?
I would be She Hulk because she can get ripped easily and is super confident.

Why did you choose to open an Alloy facility?
Alloy works! Alloy has no instructors with headsets directing everyone in the class to do the same exercise at the same speed.  An Alloy session is personal training with the bonus of having workout friends.  Each person’s fitness level and limitations are unique and Alloy recognizes those differences and tailors each person’s workout accordingly.  People are happy, not fearful, in Alloy sessions.  Alloy changes bodies and lives.
